    1.3. Venipak Lietuva services are used for delivery of goods.
    1.4. Any order will be shipped through the Venipak Lietuva courier. When your order is dispatched you will receive notification of the parcel tracking number so you can track its progress using the online service.
    1.5. The buyer can read information regarding Venipak Lietuva working hours (delivery time) and Venipak Lietuva services in Venipak webpage available in particular country.

    2.3. Goods must be return in original package.
    2.4. Buyer\u2019s refund might be fulfilled in 5 working days after goods were returned to the Seller and the Seller confirmed that the goods are accepted as returned. Delivery fee is non refundable.
    2.5. If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund, we suggest you do so through a secure and insured delivery service (like Venipak, UPS, DHL, DPD etc). We do not accept liability for non-received items. Returning fees are payed by Buyer.
